Position Overview

We are looking for a friendly, professional, and energetic Host/Hostess to be the first point of contact for our guests. The ideal candidate will provide a warm welcome, manage seating efficiently, and help create an exceptional guest experience from arrival to departure.

Responsibilities

● Greet guests promptly and warmly upon arrival.

● Manage reservations, waitlists, and seating arrangements.

● Escort guests to their tables and provide menus.

● Communicate wait times accurately and professionally.

● Answer phones and assist guests with questions or requests.

● Coordinate with servers, managers, and kitchen staff to maintain smooth service.

● Monitor table availability and help maintain an efficient dining room flow.

● Keep the host stand and entrance area clean and organized.

● Handle guest concerns with professionalism and notify management when needed.

● Maintain a positive, welcoming attitude throughout each shift.

Qualifications

● Previous restaurant or customer service experience preferred.

● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

● Friendly, professional, and confident personality.

● Ability to remain calm and organized in a fast-paced environment.

● Strong attention to detail.

● Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

● Must be dependable, punctual, and a team player.
