Job Summary

We are looking for a Female Import Executive with 1 5 years of experience in Import/Export/Logistics to manage import documentation, shipment coordination, customs procedures, and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle import documentation including Bill of Entry, COO, invoices, packing lists, etc.

• Coordinate with shipping lines, customs brokers, freight forwarders, and suppliers .

• Ensure compliance with customs regulations and import procedures .

• Track shipments and maintain accurate documentation and records.

• Coordinate for required certifications, licenses, and approvals .

• Resolve documentation, customs, and shipment-related issues.

• Maintain regular follow-ups with internal and external stakeholders.

  Requirements

• Graduate with 1 5 years of relevant experience in Import/Export/Logistics.

• Good knowledge of Import Documentation, Customs Procedures, and Incoterms .

• Knowledge of certifications and regulatory requirements will be an advantage.

• Good MS Excel and digital tool skills.

• Strong coordination, communication, and follow-up skills.

• Should be active, confident, presentable, and organized .

• AI - friendly and willing to use AI tools to improve day-to-day work.
