Job Summary

Swarama Power is looking for a creative and result-oriented Instagram Expert to manage our Instagram presence, generate potential customer leads, and support the company's solar business growth through social media marketing.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage and grow the company's Instagram account.
• Create engaging posts, reels, stories, and promotional content.
• Plan and execute Instagram marketing strategies to increase reach and engagement.
• Generate potential leads for solar products and services through Instagram.
• Respond to customer inquiries, comments, and direct messages.
• Follow up with interested prospects and coordinate with the sales team.
• Track Instagram performance, leads, and engagement metrics.
• Stay updated with the latest Instagram trends and social media marketing techniques.

Eligibility Requirements

• Experience in Instagram management, social media marketing, or digital marketing preferred.
• Good understanding of Instagram reels, stories, hashtags, and audience engagement.
• Basic knowledge of lead generation and customer handling.
• Creative thinking and good communication skills.
• Ability to work towards lead generation and business targets.

Salary and Incentives

• Fixed Salary: ₹15,000 per month.
• Performance Incentive: ₹5,000 for each eligible lead converted into a sale, payable after the company receives at least 70% of the payment due from the respective customer.
• Incentives will be subject to verification of the lead and the company's applicable incentive policy.
