Job Description:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated HR Intern to support our HR team with day-to-day activities and gain hands-on experience in HR operations and recruitment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with resume screening and candidate coordination.
• Support interview scheduling and follow-ups.
• Help with onboarding documentation and maintaining employee records.
• Assist with HR administrative tasks and data management.
• Coordinate with internal teams for various HR activities.

Requirements:

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
• Willingness to learn and ability to work in a team.
• Available for a 3-month internship at our Gurugram office.
