We are looking for an experienced Java Backend Developer with strong expertise in Java 17/21, Spring Boot, Microservices, and AWS to build and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performance enterprise applications. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in designing RESTful APIs, cloud-native applications, CI/CD practices, and production support. Candidates with experience in the Banking or Insurance domain will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable Java-based enterprise applications.
• Build and maintain RESTful APIs using Spring Boot and Microservices architecture.
• Develop secure, high-performance, and resilient cloud-native applications on AWS.
• Collaborate with Product, QA, DevOps, and Business teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
• Optimize application performance and troubleshoot production issues.
• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and provide timely resolutions for technical issues.
• Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipeline implementation and deployment automation.
• Prepare technical documentation and support knowledge-sharing initiatives.
• Follow secure coding practices and ensure application reliability and scalability.
