What they need
- Around 4+ years of experience in Java backend development. Candidates with 3+ years of relevant experience may also be considered.
- Strong problem-solving and coding skills in Java are mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of the Spring Framework, including Spring Boot, RS services, and Spring Batch.
- Experience with microservices architecture is preferred. Candidates with basic microservices exposure may also be considered.
- Good understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases. Strong knowledge of at least one database system, such as BigQuery or Oracle, is mandatory.
- Exposure to Kafka, Docker and Kubernetes will be an added advantage.
- Familiarity with AI coding tools such as Claude Code or Cursor will be an added advantage.
- Candidates should have strong programming fundamentals to validate and review AI-generated outputs.
