Role & responsibilities

• 2+ years of experience in the staffing/recruitment industry only
• Strong experience in Non-IT hiring for permanent hiring
• Hiring for Junior to Senior level role
• Hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment lifecycle
• Good understanding of sourcing, screening, and stakeholder management
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
