We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Encoder to join our Cebu Site team. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining information in databases and company records. This role requires strong attention to detail, good computer skills, and the ability to handle confidential information.

Qualifications

• High school graduate, Senior High School graduate, or college undergraduate
• Fresh graduates and applicants with no experience are welcome to apply
• Basic computer and data entry skills
• Good typing accuracy and attention to detail
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Willing to work onsite in Cebu City
• Willing to work on a shifting schedule, if required

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately encode and update data in company systems and databases
• Review information for completeness and accuracy
• Organize and maintain digital and physical records
• Process documents and verify data according to company procedures
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
• Coordinate with internal teams regarding data and documentation concerns
• Perform other administrative and data entry tasks as assigned
