Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced professional to supervise Control Panel manufacturing, assembly, wiring, testing, and related production activities at our Puducherry facility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise electrical panel assembly, wiring, and manufacturing activities
• Supervise panel inspection and testing
• Plan and allocate manpower, materials, and resources to meet production targets
• Monitor productivity, quality, and on-time delivery
• Lead technicians, electricians, and contract workforce
• Coordinate with Engineering, Quality, Stores, and Procurement teams
• Maintain production records, inspection reports, and testing documentation
• Ensure panels are assembled as per approved drawings, specifications, and project documents
• Check BOM, GA drawings, schematics, and project documents
• Clear panels for dispatch after final inspection
• Ensure safe and efficient shop-floor operations

Required Experience & Skills:

• 8–10 years of hands-on experience in Control Panel manufacturing / assembly
• Strong experience in LT Control Panels, AMF Panels, SYNC Panels, and Power Panels
• Experience in Switchgear assembly, Bus Bar assembly, and Starter Panels
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, control wiring diagrams, power wiring diagrams, and GA drawings
• Good knowledge of electrical components, materials, and industry standards
• Strong leadership, supervisory, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

Preferred: Candidates with prior experience in panel manufacturing companies or similar production setups.
