What they need
Mandatory Skills
- Strong hands-on experience with Power Automate Desktop (PAD).
- Strong hands-on experience with Power Automate Cloud Flows.
- Experience integrating Desktop Flows and Cloud Flows.
- Good understanding of RPA concepts and automation design patterns.
- Experience with UI/Web automation, selectors, variables, loops, conditions, and exception handling.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 integrations such as SharePoint, Excel, Outlook and Teams.
- Experience with attended/unattended automation and machine/runtime configuration.
- Good troubleshooting and debugging skills.
