Now Hiring a Personal Trainer | Melville
**No Rent, Ever. Clients Booked For You. Paid Coaching.**
Casual personal training role in Melville, WA, starting immediately. $40.17 to $55/hr (based on ongoing client hours), super and commission on top. Climb to 20 to 30+ paid hours each week.

The One Condition

None, really. Just a bar to clear. This fits if you are:

**Hungry.** You want a real career, not just a few extra shifts.

**Structured.** You track your clients, plan your sessions and follow systems that work.

**Accountable.** You own your mistakes, fix them, and do not blame the gym, the client or the weather.

If that does not sound like you, no hard feelings. We are after coaches who want to coach and grow.

You Got Into This to Coach, Not to Run a Failing Business

You became a trainer to get people results, not to run a one person marketing agency.
Not to:

Drive to an empty gym floor because the booking never confirmed

Chase leads who ghost your texts after you spent two hours prepping their free session

Burn your evenings writing captions nobody books from

The grind outside the gym floor is what finishes most PTs, long before their coaching ever lets them down.
**Jamie Fitness handles all of that for you.**

This Sounds Too Good to Be True

We get the scepticism. So let us be specific about what you walk into:
**Fortnightly team workshops.** Programming, sales and coaching skills. Keep sharpening the blade.
**Free gym access.** Train yourself and coach your clients with no fees.
**No rent. Ever.** Keep what you earn from session one.
**Mentoring that pays for itself.** A coach with 15+ years in the game helping you turn trials into ongoing clients, every single week.
**Leads booked straight into your calendar.** 100+ in your first 12 weeks, while you are at home. We handle the outreach, the convincing and the booking. They show up ready to train.
**No marketing to run.** We do the ads, the calls and the follow up. You do the sessions.

Imagine This

You show up to your sessions. Your bookings are already confirmed by your assistant. Notes from the last session are waiting before the client walks in. Your mentor helped you close five new clients onto ongoing packages this month. Your hours are climbing, your rate is climbing, and you have not spent a dollar of your own money to make it happen.
**That is genuinely the role.**

About Jamie Fitness

We have put 20+ trainers into 20+ clubs across Melbourne and Sydney. No rent, no lone wolf hustle. Our team owns the sales, marketing, admin and leads while you own the coaching, which means steadier hours and a better client base.
