Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Plant Operator with strong hands-on exposure to electrical plant operation and maintenance. The candidate should have experience with HMI/SCADA, PLC/DCS, motors, VFDs, breakers, conveyors, crushers, and other plant equipment.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor plant equipment through HMI/SCADA , including start/stop, alarms, interlocks, and process trends.

• Handle basic PLC/DCS troubleshooting, I/O signals, and control philosophy.

• Operate and maintain crushers, screens, conveyors, pumps, motors, and other plant equipment .

• Perform maintenance of HT/LT motors, ACB/VCB breakers, VFDs, and electrical equipment .

• Carry out cable gland termination and electrical maintenance activities.

• Handle conveyor motor maintenance and motor bearing replacement.

• Perform air compressor maintenance and welding machine connections.

• Experience in ROD Mill and Ball Mill operation/maintenance will be preferred.

• Jaw Crusher operation and maintenance experience is required.

• Follow plant safety procedures and Permit-to-Work (PTW) systems.

• Maintain operational records and coordinate with production and maintenance teams.

  Requirements

• B.Tech in Electrical Engineering .

• Minimum 4+ years of relevant plant operation and maintenance experience .

• Hands-on experience with electrical systems, motors, VFDs, breakers, conveyors, crushers, and mills .

• Basic knowledge of HMI/SCADA and PLC/DCS .

• Strong troubleshooting and coordination skills.

• Male candidates only.

• Candidates from Steel, Metals, Mining, Heavy Manufacturing, Engineering, or Construction industries preferred.

• Willingness to relocate to Jharsuguda, Odisha .
