Quality Engineering Opportunities

We are looking for experienced Engineering professionals to join our team in the following roles:

Open Positions:

• QMS Engineer
• PQC/OQC Engineer
• Incoming Quality Control (IQC) Engineer

General Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of quality standards, inspection processes, process improvement, and manufacturing operations.
• Willing to work in a manufacturing/operations environment.

QMS Engineer

• 2–4 years of experience in Quality Assurance/Quality Control or a related manufacturing environment.
• Experience with Quality Management Systems (QMS) and ISO standards.
• Knowledge of NCR, corrective action, root cause analysis, and FACA/8D reporting.
• Experience in preparing and maintaining quality procedures, work instructions, and quality records.
• Exposure to supplier/subcontractor quality management is an advantage.
• ISO 9001 Internal Auditor training or related quality certification is a plus.
• Lean Six Sigma certification is an advantage.

PQC/OQC Engineer

• At least 2 years of experience in PQC, OQC, IQC, or inspection engineering within a manufacturing environment.
• Experience in inspection planning, in-line/final inspection, and quality records management.
• Knowledge of Product No-Go decisions and corrective actions.
• Experience training and guiding QC inspectors.
• Familiarity with CMM/OMM and dimensional measuring equipment is an advantage.
• Experience with KEYENCE or Mitutoyo measuring systems is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of ISO standards and QMS documentation is a plus.

Incoming Quality Control (IQC) Engineer

• Around 2 years or more of experience in quality inspection/quality engineering within manufacturing.
• Experience handling Incoming Quality Control (IQC) and material quality evaluation.
• Knowledge of inspection planning, manpower allocation, sampling plans, and quality standards.
• Experience handling nonconforming materials and NCR management.
• Experience training inspectors or operators on inspection procedures.
• Familiarity with CMM/OMM and dimensional measuring equipment is an advantage.
