Hiring Quality Analyst - AR

We are hiring Quality Analysts Accounts Receivable (AR).

The Quality Analyst will be responsible for auditing AR accounts, monitoring quality standards, identifying error trends, conducting Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and providing actionable insights to improve process efficiency and ensure defect-free account processing.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct quality and process audits to ensure compliance with quality standards and project guidelines.
• Analyze audit findings, identify error trends, and perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
• Provide constructive feedback, conduct refresher training sessions, and support new team members during the ramp-up phase.
• Prepare and share daily, weekly, and monthly audit reports, dashboards, and quality metrics.
• Collaborate with Operations teams to drive corrective actions and process improvement initiatives.
• Support project transitions and continuous improvement programs.
• Ensure adherence to client policies, HIPAA regulations, and data confidentiality requirements.

Required Skills

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Quality Analyst in AR is mandatory.
• Strong analytical, data interpretation, and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and other MS Office applications.
• Excellent communication, typing, and keyboarding skills.
• Ability to work effectively as a team player and adapt to different shifts and teams.
• Highly disciplined, detail-oriented, and process-driven professional.

Mandatory Requirement

• Experience in Athena software is mandatory.
