Requirements
- 3+ years of total experience in an International BPO.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Quality Analyst on paper.
- Strong experience in quality audits, calibrations, RCA and feedback.
- Good English communication skills.
- Graduate from a recognized university.
- Comfortable with rotational shifts and 5.5 working days.
