We’re hiring a mid-senior level Quality Assurance Engineer to drive product quality across manufacturing, lead root cause analysis, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee production quality control and monitor First Pass Yield (FPY)
• Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions
• Track and close 8D corrective actions
• Lead and update PFMEA and PMP reports
• Monitor quality KPIs, yield rates, and manufacturing trends
• Collaborate with QC, engineering, design, and manufacturing teams
• Resolve manufacturing defects and customer quality complaints
• Drive continuous improvement across manufacturing plants

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or related field

• 5+ years of product engineering experience
• 2+ years leading engineers or technicians
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 & IATF 16949
• Proficiency in Minitab and quality management tools
• Technical drawing/specification interpretation
• Strong data analysis, problem-solving, leadership, and project management skills

Preferred: CQE certification, SMT/FA manufacturing experience, Lean Six Sigma knowledge.
