Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests with a friendly demeanor.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using the POS system.
• Serve food and drinks promptly while ensuring presentation meets our standards.
• Assist guests with menu selections and provide recommendations based on their preferences.
• Ensure all food handling practices comply with food safety regulations.
• Maintain cleanliness of tables, utensils, and dining areas by sanitizing surfaces regularly.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders.
• Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally.
• Process payments accurately while adhering to cash handling procedures.

Experience

• Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with food handling practices and food safety regulations is essential.
• Basic math skills for processing transactions and managing tabs effectively.
• Knowledge of POS systems is advantageous for efficient order management.
• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
• A passion for the culinary industry and a commitment to providing excellent service.
