Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of 8-10 engineers while driving technical excellence.
• Own the design and development of scalable applications built on Python/FastAPI, AWS, PostgreSQL, and AI/GenAI frameworks.
• Contribute hands-on to development (~60% coding, 40% leadership).
• Drive architecture discussions, code reviews, and best engineering practices.
• Collaborate with global stakeholders to deliver high-quality business solutions.

Requirements

• 6-10 years of software development experience.
• Experience leading small to mid-sized engineering teams.

• Prior experience with AI/LLM-based solutions is highly preferred.
• Certification such as AWS Associate or PCAP Python Certification is an added advantage.
