HIRING: Thermal Mechanical Engineer

What you will do

• Develop thermal control solutions for semiconductor test equipment
• Define thermal validation test plans and procedures
• Test thermal control prototypes, analyse the data and plan improvements
• Study the key factors in thermal control for semiconductor test and find the best methods
• Understand customer thermal requirements and design solutions that meet their specifications
• Explore new technologies and test their feasibility for future product lines

What we are looking for

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering
• Knowledge of fluid mechanics, heat and mass transfer, and thermal engineering
• Familiar with measurement instrumentation and control (temperature sensors, power measurement, analog/digital control)
• Experience with CAD tools such as SolidWorks or Creo
• Experience with CFD simulation tools (Fluent, Icepak, SolidWorks)
