Hiring Upwork Bidder/SDR

Job Type: Full-time

Work Location: On-site

Permanent Position Salary: PKR 30,000 – 50,000/month

Your salary will continue to increase as you achieve your performance milestones and grow within the role.

Training Period:

Selected candidates will receive 1 week of practical training to understand our sales process, client handling, project coordination, and internal workflow.

Day Shift Training: 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM

Night Shift Training: 10:30 PM – 2:30 AM

Daily fuel allowance will be provided during the training period.

Responsibilities:

* Assist with client communication, follow-ups, and requirements

* Support the sales team with leads, proposals, and daily sales activities

* Coordinate client requirements with the production team

* Assist with project updates, deadlines, and client-related tasks

* Support the team with basic project coordination and management

Requirements:

* Minimum 6 months of Upwork experience

* Strong communication and client-handling skills

* Good understanding of the video editing niche

* Knowledge of selling video editing services preferred

* Basic understanding of sales and client outreach

* Quick learner with good organizational skills

* Ability to work well in a team

* Responsible, motivated, and hardworking

Selection Process:

1. Selected candidates will complete a 1-week practical training period.

2. Daily fuel allowance will be provided during the training.

3. Candidates will be evaluated based on their communication, learning ability, work quality, and understanding of the role.

4. Candidates who meet our required standards will be offered a permanent position.

Permanent Job Timings:

Day Shift: 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM

Night Shift: 9:00 PM – 5:00 AM
