We are looking for an organized and enthusiastic Assistant Librarian to join our High School in Kharghar, Navi Mumbai. The role involves managing library resources, assisting students and teachers, maintaining records, and creating a welcoming environment that encourages reading and learning.

Location: Kharghar, Navi Mumbai

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing and organizing books, journals and other library resources.
• Issue and return books and maintain accurate records.
• Help students and teachers find suitable books and learning resources.
• Maintain a neat, welcoming and well-organized library.
• Support library activities, reading programs and book-related events.
• Keep track of new books, damaged books and stock records.
• Ensure library rules and discipline are followed.

Requirements:

• Graduate in any discipline; Library Science qualification preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Organized, responsible and student-friendly.
• Prior school/library experience will be an advantage.
