该职位来源于猎聘 Job Summary 岗位概述 We are seeking a Histology Scientist with a PhD degree to join our preclinical research team. This role is responsible for designing, executing and optimizing histopathology and tissue biomarker studies for biopharmaceutical preclinical programs. The scientist will independently conduct histology assay development, IHC/IF, tissue processing, data analysis, study documentation, and collaborate cross-functionally to support drug discovery and preclinical projects. 我们诚聘一位博士学历的组织学科学家加入临床前研发团队。该岗位负责生物医药临床前项目的组织病理、组织生物标志物研究的方案设计、实施与方法优化；独立开展组织学方法开发、免疫组化/免疫荧光、样本前处理、数据分析、研究文档撰写，跨部门协同支持药物发现与临床前研究项目。 Key Responsibilities 主要职责

• Design and perform histology, IHC, multiplex IF, special staining and digital pathology analysis for preclinical in vivo studies. 设计并开展临床前体内研究的组织学、免疫组化（IHC）、多标免疫荧光（multiplex IF）、特殊染色及数字病理分析。
• Develop, optimize and validate histology-related assays and SOPs; and complete study records in compliance with quality requirements.开发、优化、验证组织学相关实验方法，撰写SOP；按照质量要求完整留存实验记录。
• Evaluate tissue morphology and biomarker expression; analyze experimental data, prepare study reports and present findings in internal meetings.评估组织形态与生物标志物表达水平，分析实验数据，撰写研究报告，并在内部分享实验结果。
• Collaborate closely with pathologists, and project teams to resolve technical issues and support project deliverables.与病理学家及项目团队紧密协作，解决技术难题，保障项目交付。
• Track industry technical advances, evaluate new histology technologies, and contribute to technical innovation of the team.跟踪行业前沿技术，评估新型组织学技术，推动团队技术迭代。 Job Requirements 任职要求
• PhD in Histology, Pathology, Biology, Pharmacology or related biomedical disciplines.组织学、病理学、生物学、药理学或生物医药相关专业博士学位。
• Solid hands-on experience in preclinical histology, tissue processing, embedding, sectioning, IHC and immunofluorescence.具备扎实的临床前组织学实操经验，熟悉组织样本处理、包埋、切片、IHC、免疫荧光等技术。
• Hands-on experience with digital pathology, image analysis, assay development and method validation is preferred.拥有数字病理、图像分析、方法开发与验证经验者优先。
• Familiar with LIMS and GLP quality system; good scientific writing skill for study protocols and reports.熟悉电子实验记录本LIMS系统以及GLP质量体系；具备良好科研写作能力，可撰写实验方案与报告。
• Strong problem-solving capability, good communication skills, able to work independently and cross-functionally.优秀问题解决能力，沟通良好，可独立开展工作并进行跨团队协作。
• Good written and spoken English for global team communication.良好英文读写与口语能力，支持跨国团队沟通。
