Hitting Instructor

Overview
We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Hitting Instructor to inspire and develop softball and baseball athletes of all ages and skill levels. In this role, you will lead engaging hitting sessions, teach proper techniques, and foster a positive environment that encourages growth, confidence, and a love for the game. Your enthusiasm for softball and baseball coaching combined with your expertise in softball and baseball will help athletes reach their full potential while enjoying every moment on the field or turf. Responsibilities

• Conduct individual and group hitting lessons for baseball and softball
• Demonstrate proper stance, swing mechanics, timing, and technique to athletes of varying ages and skill levels
• Develop tailored training plans that focus on improving power, accuracy, coordination, and overall performance
• Provide constructive feedback and behavior management to motivate athletes and build confidence
• Incorporate fun drills and activities that promote teamwork, discipline, and sportsmanship
• Ensure safety protocols are followed during all training sessions and maintain a clean, organized training environment
• Collaborate with other coaches and staff to create comprehensive training programs aligned with athlete goals

Requirements

• Previous experience as a hitting instructor or softball and baseball coach with a strong background in baseball and softball
• Experience working with children or students in a softball and baseball setting
• Proven ability to teach softball and baseball, sports skills, and behavior management techniques
• Familiarity with softball and baseball training programs
• Passion for coaching youth sports with excellent communication skills and a motivating attitude
