Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented HK Associate to join our housekeeping team at VIP Residency, Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate should be committed to maintaining high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and guest comfort.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene across assigned areas.
• Clean and maintain guest rooms, public areas, and other designated spaces.
• Ensure all housekeeping activities are completed as per established standards.
• Handle housekeeping equipment and cleaning materials responsibly.
• Replenish guest supplies and amenities as required.
• Report maintenance issues, damages, or lost-and-found items promptly.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth guest service.
• Follow all health, safety, hygiene, and company standards.
• Maintain professional grooming and conduct at all times.

Requirements

• BHM Degree / Diploma in Hospitality Management preferred.
• Experience in 5-star or luxury hotels preferred.
• Good knowledge of housekeeping operations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good grooming and a presentable personality.
• Positive attitude and a professional approach.
• Willingness to work in shifts and as per operational requirements.
