Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and maintain guest rooms, bathrooms, corridors, and public areas.

• Change bed linens, towels, and replenish guest amenities.

• Dust, vacuum, mop, and sanitize assigned areas.

• Report maintenance issues, damages, or lost-and-found items to the supervisor.

• Ensure compliance with health, hygiene, and safety standards.

• Handle housekeeping equipment and cleaning chemicals safely.

• Respond promptly to guest requests and housekeeping requirements.

• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and housekeeping materials.

• Follow SOPs and company service standards at all times.

• Assist in deep cleaning and special cleaning projects as assigned.

  Required Skills:

  Technical Skills:

• Knowledge of housekeeping procedures and cleaning techniques.

• Understanding of hygiene, sanitation, and safety standards.

• Ability to operate housekeeping equipment and cleaning tools.

• Basic inventory management skills.

  Qualifications:

• Minimum 10th/12th Pass.

• Previous housekeeping experience in hotels, hospitals, offices, or residential properties is preferred.

• Freshers can also apply.

  Preferred Experience:

• 0-2 years of experience in housekeeping or facility management.

  Working Conditions:

• Rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays as per business requirements.

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift light housekeeping equipment for extended periods.
