HMC SETTER / OPERATOR

**Job Description:**We are looking for an experienced and skilled CNC / VMC Machine Operator cum Setter to join our manufacturing team at our facility located on Athipalayam Road, Chinnavedampatti, Coimbatore. The ideal candidate must have hands-on technical proficiency in operating industrial milling/turning machinery equipped specifically with FANUC Controllers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Machine Operation & Setting: Independently set up and operate CNC/VMC/HMC production machinery based on engineering blueprints.
• Controller Programming: Work directly with FANUC Controller systems to load, run, and modify G-code/M-code programs.
• Offsets & Calibration: Establish precise tool and work offsets in the controller to ensure tight tolerances.
• Quality Inspection: Monitor the machining process, measure finished components, and perform quality checks against technical drawings.
• Troubleshooting: Identify minor errors in machine movement, perform basic machine maintenance, and report critical issues.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Education: ITI, Diploma, or B.E. in Mechanical, Automobile, or Production Engineering preferred.
• Experience: 1 to 5+ years of proven experience in operating industrial CNC/VMC machines (Freshers with strong educational training in FANUC systems may apply).
• Technical Skills: Deep familiarity with FANUC systems, drawing assessment, and basic measurement instruments (Vernier, Micrometer).
• Shift Flexibility: Willingness to work in shifts as determined by production schedules.
