HMO Account Officer

GENERAL DESCRIPTION: Responsible in managing and overseeing all interactions with HMO's and insurance providers. This includes ensuring that all hospital services are effectively offered to HMO's and insurance partners.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field. A background in healthcare or hospitality is an advantage.

Experience and Skills:

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in client relationship management, account management, or business development, preferably within the healthcare or hospitality sectors.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with a diverse range of clients, including corporate executives and hotel managers.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients and colleagues alike.
• Experience in promoting services and managing client accounts, with a track record of achieving or exceeding targets.
• Ability to develop and execute promotional strategies that align with client needs and organizational goals.
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple accounts, tasks, and deadlines simultaneously.
• Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving and client management.
• Proficient in MS Office, CRM systems, and other relevant software tools for managing client information, contracts, and communication.
• Ability to generate reports and presentations that effectively communicate account performance and service utilization.
