JOB SUMMARY

• Issues LOA to HMO card members
• Properly checking of patients based on their sign and symptoms
• Answering inquiries regarding their benefits and coverage
• Maintain an updated file of all HMOs which includes policies and procedures
• Inform HMO member of affiliated doctors with their specialization and refer to chosen doctor
• Encode report, memos, and correspondence concerning HMO

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree holder of any course, preferably Office Ad, Medical-related, Computer-related, or Business-related courses
• At least 6 to 12 months of relative experience
