HMO Officer (B2C, B2B)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Identify and develop business opportunities to support the Key Account Manager (KAM) in all HMO transactions nationwide.
2. Present the features and benefits of company services to prospective clients and partners.
3. Prepare proposals and service agreements for HMO partners.
4. Negotiate effectively to secure and expand HMO accounts.
5. Maintain strong relationships with HMO partners to ensure account retention and growth.
6. Monitor digital market trends, competitor activities, and product offerings.
7. Track and analyze customer feedback to improve services and client satisfaction.
8. Attend training sessions, meetings, and product launches as required.
9. Prepare and submit semi-monthly and monthly HMO performance reports.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Allied Health Sciences, Business Administration, or any related business course.
2. At least 1–2 years of experience in HMO coordination or account management (preferred).
3. Experience in a healthcare, clinic, or HMO setting is an advantage.
4. Background in medical device sales or service is a plus, but not required.
