Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities:

• Manage HMO-related activities and documentation.
• Attend to clients' inquiries regarding HMO services and benefits.
• Process and follow up on approvals, referrals, and outstanding claims.
• Liaise with healthcare providers and insurance/HMO organizations.
• Maintain accurate records of HMO members and transactions.
• Ensure compliance with HMO policies and healthcare procedures.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve HMO-related issues promptly.

Requirements:

• Minimum of an OND in Health Administration, Public Health, Insurance, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Previous experience as an HMO Officer or in a healthcare setting is an added advantage.
• Good knowledge of HMO operations and procedures.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.

Remuneration: NGN120,000
