Job Summary We are seeking fluent bilingual speakers to provide Over-the-Phone (OPI) and Video Remote Interpretation (VRI). No prior experience is required—we provide full training. Key Responsibilities

• Provide accurate, real-time consecutive interpretation (English+Hmong).
• Facilitate clear communication in high-stakes settings (e.g., healthcare, legal).
• Maintain strict confidentiality, neutrality, and professionalism.
• Manage your own schedule and log in reliably to handle calls.

Qualifications & Tech Requirements

• Language: Native or near-native fluency in English and Hmong.
• Skills: Strong active listening, cultural sensitivity, and emotional resilience.
• Experience: Beginners welcome; prior interpreting experience is a plus.
• Workspace: A quiet, distraction-free home environment.
• Tech Setup: Dedicated computer, high-speed internet (wired preferred for VRI), and a noise-canceling USB headset.
