HNW Case Manager

Job Responsibilities:

• Support Sales Consultant in delivering tailored insurance solutions for High Net Worth (HNW) clients.
• Provide end-to-end case management support, ensuring timely execution of insurance applications and coordination with international insurance carriers and business partners.
• Prepare client-ready illustrations and product comparisons for presentations.
• Arrange medical examinations and ensure all underwriting requirements are fulfilled.
• Provide after-sales policy servicing support to clients.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of internal processes and take on ad-hoc assignments or projects as required.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related discipline (preferred).
• Minimum 6+ years of relevant experience in insurance administration support, client servicing, and/or sales operations within an insurance company and/or brokerage.
• Client-oriented with strong communication skills in English (Chinese preferred).
• Flexible, detail-minded, and service-focused.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Strong multitasking skills and ability to perform in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to share knowledge and support team development.
