Yonderland is a leading omnichannel outdoor retailer in Europe with strong brands such as A.S.Adventure and Juttu in Belgium, Bever in the Netherlands and Cotswold Outdoor, Snow+Rock and Runners Need in the UK. Yonderland has a central IT team supporting three business units in multiple countries, headquartered in Hoboken (Antwerp).

To expand our team, we are looking for an IT service desk engineer.

Your adventure

• Manage through incident and service request tickets, raised by HQ, warehouse and stores. This includes, but is not limited to, detection, recording, analysis, diagnosis, and either resolution or escalation of tickets.
• Be an effective interface between users, internal support teams and service providers.
• Ensure that the appropriate escalation processes are followed in a timely manner, ensuring that high severity/priority incidents are managed according to those standards.
• Ensure that users are kept fully informed and up to date with the status of their incidents/requests. Provide effective and timely communication to the business during widespread business issues.
• Ensure that all records and documents are completed in an accurate, concise and articulate way, including, but not limited to, incident and service request tickets.
• Assist in project related activities
• Assist users in making more effective use of desktop systems, products and services enabling them to increase their productivity/efficiency
• Assist with on-site activities as well as opening of new stores (BE/LU/FR)
• You will participate in a rotating on-call schedule, providing support for sales-blocking issues and critical systems one week per month.

Je uitrusting

• You are a Dutch speaker with a good knowledge of French.
• You have experience in a similar position or followed a relevant IT course/education.
• You have knowledge of Microsoft 365 environment, Intune and Entra/Azure.
• You are a team-player and you are customer focused.
• You are proactive and are eager to learn.
