• Lead, mentor, and evaluate a team of immigration consultants, filing officers, and fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
• Conduct regular training sessions to update the team on changing immigration policies, laws, and compliance requirements worldwide.
• Resolve complex case issues

• Visa process end to end knowledge
• Study & Tourist Visa knowledge
• Bachelor’s degree
• A Master’s degree or LLB/LLM is highly preferred.
• Professional Certification/License from a recognized immigration regulatory body (e.g., RCIC in Canada, MARA in Australia, OISC in the UK, or equivalent state bar association) is a strong asset.Experience
• Minimum of 8–10 years of experience in immigration consulting or global mobility operations.
• At least 3–5 years in a leadership or managerial role leading a sizable team.
• Proven track record of managing multi-country visa processes (e.g., Canada, USA, UK, Europe, Australia).
