HOD

Experience: Relevant immigration industry experience, preferably with prior team management responsibilities.(Minimum 1-2 years experience in immigration firm as HOD )

• Lead, manage, and supervise the daily operations of the immigration department.
• Manage and guide team members to achieve departmental targets and business objectives.
• Oversee student visa, visitor visa, work visa, and other immigration-related cases.
• Ensure proper verification of client documents, application forms, and supporting evidence.
• Monitor case progress, application deadlines, and submission quality.
• Ensure compliance with immigration laws, visa regulations, and country-specific guidelines.
• Handle complex cases, client escalations, and critical application issues.
• Coordinate with counsellors, documentation officers, legal advisors, and other departments.
• Strong Leadership: Capable of leading, managing, and motivating the entire team with confidence.
• Smart & Well-Presented: Professional appearance, sharp personality, and excellent grooming.
• Debating & Negotiation Skills: Logical, persuasive, and capable of presenting arguments effectively

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
