Holiday Homes Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

• Manage guest inquiries and communications through Airbnb, Booking.com, WhatsApp, and other booking channels.
• Coordinate guest check-ins and check-outs and provide clear arrival and self-check-in instructions.
• Collect guest passport/Emirates ID copies and ensure guests are registered according to holiday-home requirements.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and operations teams to ensure properties are ready before every check-in.
• Monitor daily arrivals, departures, bookings, and property availability.
• Handle guest requests, complaints, and maintenance issues promptly and professionally.
• Coordinate early check-in and late check-out requests based on property availability.
• Arrange building access, parking registration, access cards, and other guest requirements.
• Be available to handle urgent guest or property-related matters outside regular office hours when necessary.

Requirements

• Previous experience in Holiday Homes, Vacation Rentals, Hospitality, Property Management, or Real Estate in Dubai is preferred.
• Familiarity with Airbnb and Booking.com is an advantage.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Strong communication and customer-service skills.
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple properties and bookings simultaneously.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets and general administrative work.
• Able to work independently and follow up on pending tasks without constant supervision.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of Dubai holiday-home operations and building procedures is an advantage.
• Must be comfortable with the fast-paced nature of holiday-home operations and occasional after-hours coordination.

The ideal candidate understands that holiday-home operations require close coordination between guests, cleaners, maintenance teams, building management, and property owners to ensure a smooth guest experience.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
