You’ll work as part of a crew installing, servicing, and removing professional holiday lighting displays at residential and commercial properties. This is an active, outdoor, hands-on position that is a great fit for someone who enjoys working with a team, takes pride in their work, and doesn’t want to spend the day sitting behind a desk.

Our holiday lighting season generally runs from October through January. For strong team members, there may be opportunities to continue working with us year-round as we expand into permanent outdoor lighting and through positions with our established pest control business.

Seasonal work from approximately October through January

Primarily daytime hours
Weekend availability is preferred, especially during the busiest part of the season
Scheduling can be flexible depending on availability
Hours may vary based on weather, customer schedules, and seasonal demand

What You'll Do

Install professional holiday lighting and decorations on homes and commercial properties

Install lighting on rooflines, trees, shrubs, landscaping, and other structures
Safely use ladders, lifts, and installation equipment
Make sure displays are installed neatly, securely, and safely
Troubleshoot and correct lighting or connection issues

Organize, label, and properly store lighting and equipment
Maintain clean and organized trucks, equipment, and work areas
Communicate professionally and courteously with customers
Work closely with other crew members to complete installations safely and efficiently
Follow company safety procedures at all times

What We're Looking For

Dependable and able to show up on time and ready to work

Reliable transportation to and from work
Comfortable working outdoors in fall and winter weather
Comfortable working on ladders and at heights
Physically able to perform an active job, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
Strong attention to detail and pride in doing quality work
Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team
Good problem-solving skills
Professional and respectful when interacting with customers

• Previous experience in holiday lighting, landscaping, roofing, construction, electrical work, pest control, or another hands-on trade is helpful, but not required for the right candidate

Opportunity Beyond the Holiday Season

This position starts as seasonal employment, but we are interested in finding people who may want to grow with us.

We plan to expand our lighting business to include permanent outdoor lighting, creating additional opportunities beyond the traditional holiday season. Strong employees may also have opportunities to transition into our year-round pest control operation.

If you're reliable, willing to learn, and take pride in your work, this could become much more than a seasonal job.

About Us

We are a locally owned and family-operated company serving homeowners and businesses in our community.

We take pride in creating professional holiday displays that make our customers' homes and businesses look incredible while providing friendly, dependable service from start to finish.

If you enjoy working outdoors, working with your hands, and seeing the results of your work at the end of every day, we'd love to hear from you.
