Your Mission:

Dive into the heart of our team as the Home Administrator, where you'll be the go-to for information and advice, whether face-to-face or over the phone. Your duties will range from keeping accurate financial, personnel and resident records to mastering all aspects of administration. You will be a highly organised individual, who wants to work in an environment where they can make a difference.

Your Responsibilities:

• Be the friendly face and knowledgeable voice for all forms of enquiries. Ensuring the highest level of customer service is always delivered
• Creating and maintaining relationships with external stakeholders to drive occupancy within the home
• Create and maintain staff, resident and financial records always ensuring accuracy
• Have experience of being an Administrator in a fast paced and busy environment
• Work within the home’s budgets and keep everything balanced.
• Keep personnel and financial files up to date in line with GDPR
