Job Description

As a Home Advisor, you'll be the first point of contact for homeowners by going door-to-door in residential neighborhoods. Your goal is to introduce FBC Roofing, identify homeowners who may need a roof inspection or replacement, and schedule appointments for our roofing specialists or close roofing projects yourself, depending on your experience.

This is a performance-driven sales position with uncapped earning potential.

Responsibilities

• Canvass residential neighborhoods through door-to-door outreach.
• Build rapport with homeowners.
• Educate homeowners about roofing services and free roof inspections.
• Identify roofs that may qualify for insurance-covered replacement due to storm or wind damage.
• Generate qualified leads and schedule appointments.
• Follow up with prospects and maintain customer relationships.
• Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales goals.
• Represent FBC Roofing professionally at all times.
• 20-40 Hours per week

Qualifications

• Sales experience is preferred but not required.
• Comfortable talking with homeowners face-to-face.
• Strong communication and people skills.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
• Reliable transportation.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to work outdoors and walk throughout neighborhoods.

Compensation

• $18 per hour + commission

Top performers can earn six figures. Your income is based on your effort and results, with no cap on commissions. Paid out weekly.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
