Home-Based Therapist

We are seeking a compassionate, licensed *Home-Based Therapist* to deliver in-home therapy for children, adolescents, and families in Bad Axe, Michigan.

• Provide clinical assessments and develop individualized family service plans.

• Conduct regular home visits to support parenting, behavior management, and therapy.

• Maintain consistent contact with families and liaise with community agencies.

• Offer crisis stabilization and link families to resources.

• Participate in team meetings and community education.

Qualifications: Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Psychology; Michigan licensure (LMSW, LPCC, Psychologist); minimum 2 years experience preferred; valid driver’s license; willingness to pursue Infant Mental Health endorsement.
