What they need
Seeking a full-time home-based therapist to provide in-home and community clinical services to children and families with diverse mental health needs.
Responsibilities include delivering intensive services aimed at promoting healthy development, family functioning, and reducing hospitalization or placement in substitute care.
Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree in Social Work or human services field
- Michigan licensure (LLMSW, LMSW, LLPC, LPC)
- Meeting QMHP/QIDP requirements or working under supervision; willingness to pursue IMH endorsement if not already endorsed
Benefits include a competitive salary ($29.17 – $39.48/hr), 401(k) with matching, health/dental/vision insurance, paid time off, flexible schedule, and professional development support.
Work location requires commuting to Bad Axe, MI, with relocation prior to start. Shift is day hours, with a mix of in-person services and flexibility for remote work.
