About the Role:

ARMANTII HOME CARE SERVICES INC is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Homecare Worker to join our growing team in Dearborn, MI. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of clients by providing essential care and support in the comfort of their own homes. Responsibilities:

• Provide personal care assistance including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene support
• Assist clients with mobility, transfers, and ambulation as needed
• Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding when required
• Perform light housekeeping duties including laundry, cleaning, and tidying living spaces
• Monitor and document client health status, reporting changes to supervisors promptly
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients and their families
• Assist with medication reminders and follow individualized care plans
• Transport or accompany clients to appointments and errands as needed

Requirements:

• Prior experience in homecare, personal care, or a related caregiving role preferred
• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA) certification is a plus
• Genuine compassion, patience, and a client-first attitude
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
