Responsibilities:

• Provide personal care services, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Assist with daily living activities, such as meal preparation and medication management
• Support clients with mobility and ambulation, including transfers and ambulation assistance
• Provide emotional support and companionship to clients
• Maintain accurate and timely records of client care and services
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure high-quality care and services
