We offer a variety of caregiving assignments and work to match available shifts based on your availability, location, experience, and the needs of our clients.

What You'll Do

Your responsibilities will vary based on each client's care plan and may include:

• Personal care including bathing, dressing, grooming and toileting
• Mobility assistance and transfers
• Meal preparation and assistance with eating
• Medication reminders
• Light housekeeping
• Companionship and supervision
• Support for clients living with dementia or other chronic conditions
• Helping clients remain safe, comfortable and independent at home

Who We're Looking For

We're looking for caregivers who are:

• Dependable and understand that clients count on you
• Caring, patient and respectful
• Comfortable providing personal care
• Able to communicate professionally with clients, families and our office team
• Willing to follow an individualized care plan
• Flexible and committed to providing reliable care

Previous professional caregiving experience is preferred, including experience in home care, assisted living, memory care, skilled nursing, hospice or similar settings.

Experience supporting clients with dementia, mobility needs or personal care is a plus.

Scheduling

Our clients need care at different times throughout the week, including:

• Weekdays
• Evenings
• Weekends

Where You'll Work

Care is provided in clients' homes throughout Santa Rosa and surrounding Sonoma County communities.
