• Maintain clear communication with clients, family members, and healthcare professionals regarding care needs and progress
• Use IT tools to update care records accurately and efficiently
• Drive between client locations safely and responsibly to deliver consistent care services
• Follow health and safety protocols diligently to ensure a secure environment for clients and yourself

Qualifications

• Valid driving license with reliable access to a vehicle for home visits
• Experience working in a care home or providing home care is preferred but not essential; training will be provided
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
• Basic IT skills for managing electronic care plans and documentation
• Excellent communication skills with a caring, respectful approach
• Knowledge of care plans, medication routines, and health monitoring techniques is advantageous
• Strong organizational skills to manage schedules and prioritize tasks effectively
