The Role

As a Home Care Assistant, Your Responsibilities Will Include

• Providing personal care and assistance with daily living activities.
• Supporting clients with their individual care needs and routines.
• Assisting with meal preparation and light household tasks where required.
• Offering companionship and emotional support.
• Promoting clients independence, dignity, and overall wellbeing.
• Following care plans and ensuring high standards of care and safeguarding are maintained.

The Ideal Candidate

To Be Considered For This Role, You Must

• Have some previous experience within the care sector .
• Be a driver with a full, valid UK driving licence and have access to reliable transport.
• Have the full right to work in the UK .
• Be compassionate, patient, reliable, and committed to delivering person:centred care.
• Have good communication skills and a genuine passion for supporting others.

Please note: This role is NOT eligible for visa sponsorship. Applicants must already have the full right to work in the UK.
