What they need

Help build a home care agency from the ground floor.

Care on Call Home Services is a licensed Georgia Private Home Care Provider (Permit PHCP044507) headquartered at 1 Concourse Parkway in Atlanta. We provide nursing, personal care, companion, and sitter services to aging adults and their families across Cobb, Clayton, DeKalb, Fulton, Gwinnett, and Rockdale counties.

We are early. Our license, our clinical team, our care platform, and our processes are in place. What we need now is someone to go build the relationships that bring families to us, and to make sure that when a family calls, they are treated like the most important call of the day.

This is a founding hire. You will not inherit a territory or a book of business. You will create one, with direct access to the owner and real influence over how this agency grows.

What you will do

Build referral relationships. Connect with discharge planners, case managers, social workers, and admissions directors at hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, rehab centers, assisted living communities, hospice agencies, and senior centers. You will be in the field most days, introducing Care on Call, learning what each partner actually needs, and becoming the name they think of when a family needs care at home.

Own the first conversation. When an inquiry comes in, whether from a referral partner, a family, or a lead source, you respond same day. You conduct the discovery call, understand the situation, explain our services and rates clearly, and hand off a warm, well documented client to our RN for the in home assessment. Scheduling and care planning stay with our Care Coordinator and clinical team, so you can stay focused on relationships and conversion.

Run education events. Lunch and learns, facility in services, community presentations, and senior expos. You are the face of Care on Call in the community.

Track everything. All activity, contacts, and opportunities go into HubSpot. You will report weekly on visits made, referral sources developed, inquiries received, and clients started.

Shape the strategy. You will work directly with the owner on positioning, target segments, and marketing priorities. If something is not working, you will be expected to say so.

What we are looking for

We are less concerned with a specific resume than with three things. Please only apply if you can honestly answer yes to all three:

Are you curious? You ask real questions and listen more than you pitch.

Are you coachable? You take feedback without getting defensive.

Are you mission driven? You genuinely care about aging adults and the families trying to hold it together.

Required

Two or more years in outside sales, business development, community relations, or healthcare marketing

Reliable vehicle, valid Georgia driver's license, and current auto insurance

Comfort with a CRM and with documenting your own activity

Excellent verbal and written communication. You will be representing us to clinicians and to families in crisis

Ability to work independently and manage your own calendar and territory

Clean background check and MVR (required by our insurance carrier and by state licensing)

Strongly preferred

Existing relationships with discharge planners, case managers, or social workers in metro Atlanta

Experience in home care, home health, hospice, senior living, or a related field

Familiarity with private pay home care, long term care insurance, and VA benefits

Compensation and schedule

Part-time, about 20 to 25 hours per week, W2 employee. Monthly pay of $2,000 to $3,500 depending on experience and hours, plus a performance bonus for each new client start. As the agency grows, compensation will be revisited, and there is a clear path to an expanded role for the person who builds this territory successfully.

Benefits

Flexible schedule

Referral program: $50 when your referred hire completes their first shift, plus $100 after they reach 100 hours

Paid orientation (up to 8 hours) and one paid shadow shift

What you should know before applying

We are a new agency. We are licensed, insured, staffed, and ready, but we are building our client base from zero. If you want a mature territory with steady inbound volume, this is not that job. If you want to build something and be recognized for having built it, we should talk.

Pay: $2,000.00 - $3,500.00 per month

Benefits:

  • Flexible schedule
  • Referral program

Work Location: In person
