$20 per hour| Part-Time

United Methodist Communities, HomeWorks division |Ocean City, New Jersey** $20.00 an hour, part time, weekday daytime hours only. Build the schedules that help older adults in Ocean City and Cape May County get care at home.

What you’ll do

• Build and update weekly caregiver schedules, and fill open shifts when a caregiver calls out
• Match caregivers to clients based on each client’s needs, location, and preferred times
• Answer calls from clients and families about new service, schedule changes, and questions
• Help with new client intake and keep client and caregiver records accurate
• Pull together payroll and billing information each pay period
• Help our HR team recruit and onboard new caregivers
• Represent HomeWorks at local community events

What you’ll need

Required:

• High school diploma or GED
• Comfort using a computer, phone, and email throughout the day1 year of scheduling experience in home care, home health, senior living, or a medical office

Preferred:

• Bachelor's degree
• Experience with home care scheduling software
