Job Summary

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies across multiple channels, including social media marketing (recruitment), talent management software, and external recruiting platforms to attract top home care talent.
• Conduct high-volume recruitment activities, including screening resumes, interviewing candidates, and managing candidate sourcing processes from initial contact through offer acceptance.
• Build strong relationships with potential candidates through cold calling, research, and engagement to ensure a steady pipeline of qualified applicants.
• Manage full cycle recruiting processes using applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as Lever or UltiPro, ensuring compliance with employment law in talent management and HR legal standards.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, develop job descriptions, and coordinate candidate evaluations and employee orientation programs.
• Support talent management initiatives such as employee evaluation, training & development, succession planning, and employee relations to foster a positive work environment.

Requirements

• Proven experience in high-volume recruitment, technical recruiting, or executive recruiting within the human resources or healthcare sectors.
• Strong negotiation skills paired with excellent communication skills to effectively engage candidates and hiring managers alike.
• Knowledge of employment & labor law applicable to talent acquisition and HR legal compliance standards.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in candidate sourcing and recruitment processes.
• Experience with HR systems such as Empeon for employee onboarding and orientation activities.
• Demonstrated ability to build relationships through relationship management techniques and cold calling strategies.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
