Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support to promote independence and dignity.
• Provide medication reminders and administer medications safely in accordance with care plans and regulations.
• Prepare nutritious meals aligned with dietary requirements and assist with feeding when necessary.
• Support clients with light housekeeping duties, including laundry, cleaning, and organizing to maintain a safe and comfortable living space.
• Offer emotional support and companionship to reduce feelings of loneliness and enhance mental well-being.
• Manage behavior effectively, especially in clients with dementia or Alzheimer's, using patience and appropriate techniques.
• Drive company vehicles to transport clients to appointments, social activities, or errands safely and responsibly.

Skills

• Proven experience in assisted living or home care environments demonstrating excellent patient care skills..
• Strong caregiving abilities with a focus on senior care, child care, or similar settings.
• Competence in medication administration and first aid procedures for emergency situations.
• Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
• Valid driving license with a clean record for reliable duties.
